Online shopping is very simple! Just browse our catalog and choose, by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon, goods will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You may any time review your shopping cart content by clicking on the shopping cart icon on top of the page.
You may alter the quantity of your purchase and click the "Re-calculate" button to calculate total cost again. Should you want to cancel the purchase of any selected items, just click on the "Delete" button. To continue to buy other items, click "Continue Shopping" then. Once you have decided what to buy after reviewing the content, press "Confirm Order".
Upon confirmation of your order, your registered personal information and shipping details will be shown for your verification, please check again then click on "Order Checkout", and your ordering process is done.
After placing your order, you will be given a subscription reference number, you may cross-check the progress of your purchase with this reference number.
Order Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will acknowledge receipt of the same online and/or by return call during the same or next business day.
Upon receipt of payment, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible generally within 1-2 working days.
If some products are out of stock or take a long time to ship, we will let you know when we confirm the order.
If we are unable to contact you and the order cannot be confirmed, your order will be delayed.
Delivery and Shipping Costs:
Free local delivery will be offered for any single order of value over HK$200 (except items stated otherwise), for value under $200, $20 will be charged for delivery service via SF Express. Buyer may choose:
1. Pick up in person at our shop;
2. Receive goods at the confirmed address in the industrial and commercial area; or
3. Collect your purchase at SF Express Shop or Collection Point or residential address via the SF Express Service.
(1) Pick-up in person> Buyer may come and pick up the purchase directly and make payment at the shop at Flat 204, 2/F., Poly Centre, Yip Fung Street, On Lok Tsuen in Fanling

(2) By courier service : for industrial and commercial districts only. Buyer must provide detailed address prior to confirmation;
(3) By SF Express: to your residential address or buyer may pick up your parcel at any SF Express Shop or Collection Point throughout Hong Kong (HKSAR).
For overseas:
– Should Buyer need to deliver goods to overseas, we may arrange to ship by airmail through the Hongkong Post, charges will be subject to the destination and weight of the parcel. Please contact us to confirm the postage before payment.
* Delivery scope generally throughout Hong Kong island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and is subject to the service of SF. The Company reserves the right on final interpretation. In the case of any building without any lift, the Company has the right not to provide service; and buyer has to pick up the goods at the ground floor. We also reserve the right to charge more or not to provide service for any buyer due to the difficulties in finding delivery time, absence of the elevator, parking and/or under other special circumstances.

Delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company and transportation parties.
Please leave us with your valid contact phone number and available delivery time when confirming your order. Should we fail to contact you within the specified delivery time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If the customer fails to contact within the delivery time, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or ignore it.
Delay in delivery may be caused due to the hoist of the Typhoon signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning.
In buildings without elevators, the company reserves the right not to provide services; or customers please arrange to pick up the goods underground.
Scope of Delivery:
Delivery scope includes the industrial and commercial buildings and residential areas (By SF Express) throughout Hong Kong island, Kowloon and the New Territories, but excluding outland islands and certain remote villages, the Company reserves the right on final interpretation.
In the case of any building without any lift, the Company has the right not to provide service; and buyer has to pick up the goods at the ground floor.
We also reserve the right to charge more or not to provide service for any buyer due to the difficulties in finding delivery time, absence of the elevator, parking and/or under other special circumstances.
Returns:
Should buyer find any damages or the product does not conform to the ordered one, buyer must inform us within 3 days upon receipt of the goods. We will arrange to replace it as soon as possible. Should buyer need not to consume the goods right away, we will arrange to replace or return the goods free of charge.
If buyer want to return the goods because of his/her own mistake when placing order, the Company will replace or accept the return on a discretionary basis, and of which, is subject to additional charges or return fee. The company reserves the right on final interpretation and the right not to accept returns.
Goods with all parts and accessories (if any) in its original packaging must be returned. We will not accept the return of any product that has been manually damaged or been repaired.
Membership Policy:
This system is designed to record your personal data, information on delivery, etc. If this is your fist time to visit, please fill in your detailed information, and next time when you purchase, you will just need to enter the user name and password, no need to fill in once again.
Members may, any time, change his/her member information such as user name, personal password, phone number and shipping address.
